Chitose Abe-led Japanese label, Sacai, has a long collaboration history with Nike. Celebrating its 50th anniversary the duo focuses on the Nike Cortez. A fabric base complements the suede on the toe cap, with Abe’s penchant for a “double-everything” theme reflected with the double Swooshes on the lateral and medial. A stand out detail of this Cortez is the exposed Zoom Air unit in a unique casing seen in a carved-out space at the vamp section of the midsole.
